Callie has known that she has wanted to plan events since she was in high school. She has always had a knack for planning and executing events. Callie is a CWEP (Certified Wedding and Event Planner) and possesses a Bachelors of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas. She has over eight years of experience in the field not only with owning CGWE, but also working for various DFW vendors and venues and has had the honor of interning for celebrity wedding planner, David Tutera, twice.
In her spare time, Callie enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and beloved dogs, Huck and Ellie. Her hobbies include cooking/baking, dancing, camping, and DIY projects.

Victoria has been in the special event industry for 3 years and has developed a love for the wedding industry. She is a Certified Wedding and Event Planner and possesses a Bachelors of Science in Hospitality Management. Victoria is also currently working towards her MBA at TCU! Victoria has gained experience working in luxury events with high end hotel, such as Omni and has been with the Callie Gray Weddings and Events team for 2 years!
Victoria enjoys spending time with her fur babies Arlo and Louis, hiking, shopping, and searching for the best tacos and margs in town!
